Previously, I was an Executive Assistant and Senior Operations Associate at Sentinel Dome Partner, a hedge fund in Burlingame. Before that, I was Operations Administrator at White Oak Global Advisors, a private credit firm in San Francisco.
If you weren’t in private equity, what career would you have chosen?
I would be a teacher. I spent three summers as an intern for summer camp at the California Science Center, where I helped engage students in hands-on learning experiences. It was a very fulfilling role.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I played violin for about 8 years. I was part of a student mariachi group in middle school, and we would perform at school and local events.
What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever traveled to, and why?
The most interesting place I visited is Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I was able to immerse myself in the local culture, eat freshly cut cana (sugarcane) and enjoy beautiful beaches.
What’s a skill or hobby you’ve always wanted to learn?
I’ve always wanted to learn how to ski.
