What motivated you to pursue a career in private equity?
I’ve always been driven by the challenge of transforming promising businesses into industry leaders. My passion for private equity stems from the opportunity to partner closely with talented founders—helping them unlock growth by combining strategic insight with a hands-on, scrappy approach.
What’s a book, podcast, or experience that has had a major impact on your perspective?
Shoe Dog. I happened to be reading the book when I was making the decision whether to make the move to help launch Nexa. Phil’s incredible story of persistence and success inspired me to make the leap.
What is your favorite quote?
“I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.” – Thomas Jefferson.

“What excites me the most in my role is the opportunity to partner with founders with deep industry expertise to help them achieve their vision. The most successful partnerships are the ones in which both parties are looking to truly work together to build the best business possible. My approach is to work with management teams to identify key value drivers and remove obstacles to execute against them, ultimately building category leaders.“
