What’s the most unexpected lesson you’ve learned in your career?
There is beauty in simplicity. In our industry, it is easy to get overwhelmed by all the noise and complexity. Dedicate the time upfront to understand the top 2-3 things that really matter and then have the discipline to see those things through.
Where did you grow up, and how has that shaped you?
I grew up in Greenpoint, a neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY which back then primarily consisted of Polish immigrants. Growing up in that environment quickly taught me the importance of working hard, staying humble but also thinking big.
What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever traveled to, and why?
Singapore. I really appreciated the commitment to quality and the immense level of pride that people took in their work.
What’s a skill or hobby you’ve always wanted to learn?
I have always wanted to get into kitesurfing. A little adrenaline rush while being on the water? Let’s go!
